If a fast turnaround on film development is what you are looking for then I recommend using Photo Lab since they can develop 35mm C-41 color film in 24 - 48 hours with scans. However, Photo Lab takes around 2 weeks to develop and scan black & white film. For fast black & white film development, I recommend either Pro Photo Supply or Blue Moon Photo (though blue moon is more expensive) since they only take 1 week for development and scans of black & white 35mm or 120 film. If you want the best quality film processing and scans, price is not major factor, and you don’t mind waiting a bit longer, then I recommend using Blue Moon Camera & Machine. While their prices are on the more expensive side, they can develop many types of film (including some that others on this list cannot, they can make true optical darkroom prints from your negatives, their scans are done by people one-at-a -time for color accuracy and quality, and they also offer loads of other services. If price is not a factor and you don't mind waiting a bit longer than other labs on the list, than I recommend Citizen Photo. They don't develop as many film types as Blue Moon Camera but it is the same price to develop 24 and 36 exposure 35mm film and they have one of the cheapest price for develop-only for both C-41 and black & white 35mm and 120 film ($5 for C-41 & $6 for black & white). They are also one of the fastest turnaround for develop only in Portland at 24 hours for C-41 color film and 48 hours for black & white and E-6 film.
